Holiday Sale on Phil Steele Photography Courses
My friend Phil Steele is having a private holiday sale on his courses. Phil's tutorials are the best I've seen; check out his previews and see for yourself. He has a 60-day no-risk money-back guarantee, so you've got nothing to lose and everything to gain. You can watch them from anywhere on just about anything, far better than a book, file or eBook.

Be sure to scroll down below and catch all you may have missed. I'm still adding to my iPhone pages.
05 November 2017, Sunday
Return to Standard Time
While our Macs and iPhones all change magically an hour back to standard time, our regular cameras don't.
It's a great idea to take this Sunday morning as you reset clocks around your house to rememebr to reset your cameras' clocks, because if you don't it may be months until you realize that they're an hour off!
New Nikon Lens Sale
Nikon has dropped the price on a bunch of lenses. It tries to hide this by calling them "instant rebates," but the effect is the same: lower prices. Nikon does this as exchange rates with Japan vary so when the rates go the other way it doensn't look like they raised prices.
All include 4% Adorama rewards and free shipping:
Nikon 10-24mm DX - $796.95.
Nikon 35mm f/1.8G DX - $166.95. Nikon's best DX lens, cheap!
FX Lenses (also work on DX)
Nikon 16-35mm VR - $996.95. Nikon's best FX ultrawide.
Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8E VR - $2,196.95. Nikon's best midrange zoom.
Nikon 50mm f/1.4G - $396.95. Nikon's best normal lens. (The 58/2.4 is about the same for a lot more money).
Nikon 24mm f/1.4G - $1,796.95.
Nikon 14-24mm f/2.8G - $1,696.95.
Nikon 28mm f/1.8G - $596.95.
Olympus is doing the same thing: lowering prices, but marking the discounts as "instant rebates" so it doens't look bad when exchange rates change and they discontinue the rebates instead of appearing to raise prices.
All include 4% Adorama Rewards and free shipping:
Olympus OM-D E-M1 Mark II - $1,799.
Olympus PEN-F, Black - $999.
Olympus PEN-F, Silver - $999.
Olympus OM-D E-M5 Mark II - $799.
Olympus PEN E-PL8 w/12mm-50mm - $648.
Olympus PEN E-PL8 w/14-42mm - $549.
Olympus PEN E-PL8, Black - $449.

Help me help you
I support my growing family through this website, as crazy as it might seem.
If you find this as helpful as a book you might have had to buy or a workshop you may have had to take, feel free to help me continue helping everyone.
The biggest help is when you use any of these links when you get anything, regardless of the country in which you live. It costs you nothing, and is this site's, and thus my family's, biggest source of support. eBay is always a gamble, but all the other places always have the best prices and service, which is why I've used them since before this website existed. I recommend them all personally.
Thanks for reading!
