Introduction

OK and tiny lens.

I bought mine new in 1993 and it was then stolen.

Performance

I was never that impressed with it on my 4 x 5. I always felt it had a bit of light falloff in the corners, which is what you should expect from a lens this wide on 4 x 5.

The coverage was iffy for extreme movements on 4 x 5, but that's again what to expect from a lens this short of this design and this small. I prefer German lenses since that's my personal heritage.

Specifications

52 mm filter thread.

Six elements, four groups.

73 degrees.

200 mm image circle.

7 oz or 200g.

Copal #0 shutter: T, B, 1 - 1/500.

Stops down with seven blades to f/64.

Linear scale, no click stops, marked at third stops.

Recommendations

I'd go for a Schneider instead, even an ancient old Symmar convertible like my 150mm here.
