Born 8:16:30 PM, 15 December 2006, La Jolla, California. 8 pounds, 12.2 ounces (3,975g). 20" (51 cm). The technical gobbledygook after each shot is the equipment I used for each photo. Many photographer friends ask. 30 June 2009, Tuesday Today we were visiting cousin Lisa up in the Bay Area. We were at a hotel and unplugged the phone so Ryan wouldn't inadvertently phone Hong Kong while we weren't watching. Ryan plugged the phone back in so he could play with it. As we drive around, Ryan insisits on enjoying the work of W. A. Mozart, and sometimes will sing along with the second movement (andante) of the Piano Concerto #21, K467.

Ryan's shirt was soaked, so we lost that fast.
Then Ryan's shorts got soaked, and he's down to just his diaper.
Grom hits the beach. As you can see, Ryan went for it, diaper and all. He was having to much fun to realize that his diaper had adsorbed half the Pacific Ocean after a few minutes. 22 June 2009, Monday Today Ryan used a screwdriver to change the batteries in his Chicco remote-controlled red Porsche fo rthe first time. Ryan and Katie both say "Do-Dah" to mean garbage. They picked this up from the Spanish word "basura."
19 June 2009, Friday Ryan's first shower: We got back so late from Noni's pool last night that Ryan was already asleep, so he missed his bath. This morning Daddy is in the shower, and Ryan walks in after Ryan woke up. Ryan was a little confused at first by the water, but then got under and had the time of his life. Daddy shampooed and washed him, and then Ryan shampooed and washed himself about twice over before we called it time to get out.

18 June 2009, Thursday Ryan headed to Noni's pool again, and spent about an hour and a half in the water with Dad. First, Ryan wanted to be lifted up and dropped into the water — about a thousand times:

17 June 2009, Wednesday Ryan's cousins are in from Northern California, so Ryan went to go visit them at Noni's.
